  I was very disappointed and frustrated with my experience at the Aireys Inlet Fish and Chip Shop. I went there with four friends placing the orders directly after eachother; two of which got theirs in the next twenty minutes-while a friend and I waited an HOUR AND A HALF!!! We were number 20 and was baffled that number 28 was being called out before us, though another frustrated man next to us said that he was number 15! Our orders were not even extensive consisting of a flake and chips yet some people were getting their orders strait away while many where waiting eagerly, with huger brewing. There seemed to be no system what so ever. To top it off, the staff were rude yelling peoples’ numbers aggressively and the food was ordinary at best. I will not be going back again nor will I be recommending it. It would be quicker to drive to Lorne and back to pick up some fish and chips…

  Rude staff, especially the old lady behind the counter. Took 25 minutes to cook minimum chips. Does not even deserve 1 star. Disgusted! would not recommend to anyone, I would advise to continue driving elsewhere for your fish and chips!
